$10,000 & $17,000 Grants for the Asking!
Its true a $10,000 grant with no means testing; it applies even if its your third, fourth or fifth home; it can even be an investment home. Starts 1/8/2011 through to 31/1/2012 for residential construction up to $600,000 value. If you're a "First Home Buyer" the grant is for $17,000 where the house and land value is under $500,000.
